99 times out of 100 the problem is a programming
error that can be corrected over the phone.
If your timer does require factory
repair service, our factory-trained technicians will get it back
to you working like new at reasonable rates. Just be sure to follow
the instructions for return and repair in the Warranty section of
your ChronTrol User's Guide.
